1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.

• Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price at the time of purchase will always be honored.

• For orders exceeding 300 AED, we require a 50%/or full advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
  The remaining 50% will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the order.

  This ensures smooth processing, especially for high-value orders.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping time varies depending on your location, Usually you get your order within 14 Days.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or incorrect address info provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

• All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

  Please note:

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
