By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of the product after delivery

• Minor packaging damage during shipping

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted only in cases where there is a significant discrepancy in the item received, such as:

• A significantly different color from the one ordered

• A significantly different size from the one ordered

• Another major difference that materially changes the product from what was ordered

Minor differences or details are not eligible for exchange. This includes slight variations in color, small differences in measurements, minor design details, or other insignificant variations that do not materially change the product.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your item arrives with a clear factory defect (not shipping damage), you must:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide an unboxing video as mandatory proof.

If the issue is verified, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that damage caused during shipping is not considered a factory defect.
