No Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our products and limited inventory, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Dislike of product after delivery

  • Minor packaging damage during shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your item arrives with a clear factory defect (not shipping damage), you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing video as proof - mandatory.
    If verified, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
